WV Enterprises, LLC is a family owned and operated Construction Company servicing the Hampton Roads area.
The owner, Nicholas J. Vacca, started his career in building after his service in the Marine Corps.
He began his business by running his own framing crew, serving as Project Manager for large neighborhood developments, and eventually becoming a residential building contractor, obtaining his Class A Contractor’s license. He continues to enjoy working with homeowners to remodel or to expand their existing homes.
After obtaining his Class A Contractor’s license, he has also acquired experience in commercial construction projects working as Project Manager/Superintendent and has built and remodeled entire apartment complexes.
